We want our Nectarines to receive their orders as quickly as possible. Estimated arrival dates are based upon day the order ships. All orders will process and shipped within 1-2 business days during our business hours of 9am – 5pm PST (excluding weekends and holidays). *If you have a different billing and shipping address, we will need to verify your order by phone.
Once the order has shipped you will receive an e-mail notification providing tracking information. Here are the shipping options for you:
We offer two shipping rates from USPS, First Class Package & Priority Mail. All rates are based of weight of items.
Free shipping is available for all Domestic orders over $50.00. *Free Shipping may take up to 10 business days to be delivered.
Currently, we offer International shipping to Canada & Europe. International customers are responsible for any custom fees. Orders may take longer to be delivered due to customs issues.
Canadian customers have the option to choose USPS or DHL rates.
European customers have the option of DHL rates.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We love our Nectarines! That's why we want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. If you weren't happy with the items you received we would love to return or exchange them for you. Our website and store policies differ due to the fact that you cannot try on our website stock. Please check the fine print below.
In-Store Return Policy:
Items can be returned for in-store credit or exchange for a different item within 15 days of purchase. Customer must bring original receipt, the original tags must be on the item(s) and the items(s) must not be worn or washed. All sale items are final.
International orders can returned at the customers cost, but are not available for exchanges.
Items purchased through the website can be returned within 30 days of original order date for a refund. All sale items are final.
Packages received 30 days after the order date are automatically returned to sender and cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns & exchanges are as easy as 1, 2, 3! Follow these 3 steps for a hassle free process.
- Circle the item(s) you would like to send back and check the box for Return, Exchange or Store Credit on your original packing receipt.
*If you would like to exchange, please call our office toll free at (909)-792-0315 to reserve your new item.
- Place your unworn, unwashed, unaltered & non-damaged merchandise, invoice & returns forms in a package of your choice.

If you are local to any of our store locations, you are welcome to drop off the order with a sales associate for a return. Refunds will not be issued until returned order reaches our warehouse. This can take up 7 business days. Exchanges are welcome to be made in store within 30 days of the order date.
Once the package is delivered to our facility the items are subject to inspection to ensure they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered & non-damaged. Your refund will then be issued to the original payment method only. Refunds may take approximately 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement. In the event that a refund cannot be returned to the original payment method, the amount will be issued onto a gift card.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Exceptions will be examined if you received any damaged merchandise or if the wrong item was sent to you (we apologize in advance if this happens!). The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping & handling fees. When shipping back to Nectar, you may choose the longest and least expensive shipping method.
Nectar Clothing is not responsible for any and all returned or refused package shipping charges, the customer will be charged for the amount using the original payment method.
Lost or Stolen Packages:Nectar Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is noted as delivered and you have not received it, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier with the tracking information to obtain more information or to file a claim. Once a claim has been filed with the shipping carrier please give us a call at (909)-792-0315 to notify us of your lost or stolen package. Once the shipping carrier has confirmed the package was not delivered to the customer's shipping address, we will then replace your item(s) or issue a refund. The refund excludes any shipping charges.
