Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who is passionate, driven, has a strong voice, and knows how to grow and engage a digital audience. You’ll take ownership of our social channels, infuse them with your unique spark, and work with our team to execute strategies that amplify our brand message.

Key Responsibilities

Create and post content on TikTok and Instagram
Write captions, plan visuals, and optimize posting times
Manage collaborations with affiliates and creators
Create targeted campaigns aligned with product drops or brand moments
Regularly check OTDR for performance tracking and insights
Optimize product posts and tags for visibility and engagement
Plan and execute new strategies to grow reach and engagement
Stay ahead of trends and contribute creative ideas to keep content fresh

What We’re Looking For

A strong, confident communicator with a creative mindset and natural storytelling ability
Proven success managing and growing a social media account (business or personal) for at least 6 months
Passion for brand-building and audience connection
Experience with TikTok and Instagram best practices, trends, and analytics
Comfortable with batching content and working independently
Comfortable with being on camera for content and LIVEs
Attention to detail
Comfortable with giving effective direction
Organized, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Effective time management skills
Bonus: Experience with creator outreach, affiliate marketing, or eCommerce brands
