Didn't fall in love? No stress. We want you obsessed with every piece — here's how to send something back or swap it for the one.

Start online

Open our returns portal, powered by Loop. Enter your order number and email, choose your items, and pick a refund or exchange.

Pack it up

Print your Loop return label, pack everything back up with tags still attached, and drop it at any carrier location. Return shipping is deducted from your refund.

Get your refund

Once your return is scanned, we process it fast. Your refund — less return shipping and a flat $7 restocking fee — posts to your original payment in 5–7 business days.

Good to send back

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Exchanges for a different size or color, processed through Loop

Final sale — can't accept

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Bodysuits, swim, intimates, and pierced jewelry (hygiene)
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items, or anything past 15 days

Good to know

Do returns cost anything? +

All returns are handled through our Loop returns portal. A flat $7 restocking fee is deducted from your refund, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If an item arrives damaged or we made a mistake, we cover everything — just reach out.

Can I return an online order in store? +

Yes! Bring your item with tags and your order confirmation to any of our five SoCal shops within 15 days and we'll take care of it. Online gift cards and final-sale items are the only exceptions.

How long until I see my refund? +

Once your return is scanned back to our warehouse, we process it within 2 business days. Your bank then takes another 5–7 business days to post the credit to your original payment method.

Something arrived wrong or damaged. +

So sorry, cutie — that's on us. Email info@nectarclothing.com with your order number and a quick photo within 7 days, and we'll make it right — shipping and fees included.
